Who invented this method?


The game was invented by the team of Grégoire Parmentier, Dorothée Crober, and Franck Pasty. Its invention required 3000 hours of work.

250 professionals participated in its construction between 2019 and 2021:

  • Leaders of EMCC and ICF federations
  • Psychiatrists, occupational physicians from CHU ROUEN
  • Psychologists and high-level coaches at INSEP
  • CEOs, HR, managers from 50 companies in Mayenne
  • Teacher-researchers from the University of Maine

Who facilitates the method?


The facilitators are certified professional coaches. They are the guarantors of the pedagogical expertise and the well-being of the participants.
