WHAT IS COACHING?
Each of us has goals to achieve, actions to take, sometimes personal difficulties we wish to resolve.
Together, we will identify the barriers that prevent you from achieving your professional goals. You will decide whether to bypass them, step over them, or destroy them to act and gain enormous personal satisfaction.

THE FRAMEWORK
We strictly adhere to the code of ethics of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). We assure you of total confidentiality, deep respect, and a benevolent way of challenging you. We know the limits of our interventions. If we believe that your needs exceed the scope of our skills, we will suggest referring you to another professional.


THE RHYTHM
A coaching program is very short. No dependency, therefore!
- One-off coaching: 1 to 3 sessions
- Short coaching: 4 to 6 sessions
- Development coaching: 7 to 10 sessions
The frequency of sessions can be weekly, bi–monthly, monthly or … completely individualized. It will be adapted to your needs. It can vary during the same coaching program, depending on the phases addressed. But the notion of rhythm remains important. The total duration of coaching varies between 2 and 6 months. This depends on your expectations as well as your investment and the time you have available to carry out experiments on your own outside of the coach’s presence. Regular sessions last between 45 minutes and 1 hour 15 minutes.
